1.Introduction
The Regional Conditions Viewer provides the event details of the selected area as per your requirement on the Map.
The application includes a list of active events/incidents occurring and the set of filters to view the specific type of events. If an event is selected, then the selected event is seen on the map providing the real-time Conditions in that area. The application helps to provide information related to traffic, airport parking Conditions, weather Conditions, any incident reported on the highway and its impact on the places where people commute, delay due to congestion, Detour information, construction events, special events details, etc. You can also get the information related to Weather, Evacuation, and Truck on the Map as well as CCTV, VMS, and Parking Information.

2.Events
Whenever you will open the application for the first time, you will see the following figure:

The left side of the application includes the Event Details, click on any one of the event detail from the list, to view the event on the Map as shown in the figure below:

As shown in the above figure, as per the selected event from the list, the event icon will be shown on the map.

As shown in the above figure, the following details are known:
• Event ID: Denotes the Event ID of the Event.
• Activity Type: Denotes the Type of the activity.
• Event Type: Denotes the Event Type of the Event.
• Facility: Denotes the Facility Name of the Event.
• Description: Denotes the Description of the Event.
2.5.Figure 6: - Download Formats
As shown in the above video, select anyone Export to option and click on the Export button.
2.5.1.Excel
The Excel Export includes the event details and view of the map in the adjacent sheet. Following Export figure will appear:
2.5.2.PDF
The PDF Export includes the event details and view of the map below the table. Following Export figure will appear:
2.5.3.Word
The Word Export includes the event details and view of the map below the table. Following Export figure will appear:
3.Search the Event Details
Click on the Search icon to search the event as per your requirement. Clicking on the Search icon following figure will appear:

The above figure displays the list of the events details, select any one of the event details to view the event on the map. By default, event details will be displayed on the map.

As shown in the above figure, the Event class section includes the following three options:
• All: The all option includes both events of Transit as well as of Highway.
• Transit: The Transit option includes only Transit related events.
• Highway: The Highway option includes only Highway related events.
Note: The events list will appear only after they are selected from the Operational Maps Highway Events Layer.
Select any one option as per your requirement and then click on the next button, the following figure will appear:
4.Area Selection
Search By Area
The Search by area option will help you to get the events by selected areas of interest on the map.

Select the area related details as shown in the above figure like State, County, Organization or Facility name from the drop-down menu and click on the Next button, the following figure will appear:

After selecting Event Type and Event Description in the Event Selection section, Event Description helps to find out the events with specific keywords. For Example, if you type Burlington County TOC in the Event Description TextBox then after clicking on the submit button, it will provide the list of all the events which description contains Burlington County TOC word in its Event Description.

Select any one event option from the list, to view the selected event icon on the map as shown in the below figure:

As shown in the above figure, the selected event detail is shown on the map. Click on the Event type icon and you will see the pop-up containing the Event ID, Updated On and Closed Date related details. Click on the Zoom button, to zoom into the event location on the map.
4.2.Search By Project or Region
Search by Project/Region option helps to view events as per your selected Project/Region on the map.

As shown in the above figure, select any one project/region name from the drop-down menu:
• None
• DVRPC
• NY PENN
• Route 1 – Hard Shoulder Running
• New York City
• Restore NJ 495
• Personalized View
By default, NONE option is selected.
4.2.2.Speed Layer and Events on the Map Layer
The speed layer and events on the map layer will appear as per the state, region and county selection only.

As shown in the above figure, if you select DVRPC from the region drop-down list. Then further if you select PA as its state option then, further if you select all the counties then it will display the region considering which is com-mon among all the three selected criteria as shown in the below figure.

As shown in the above figure, the region is plotted on a map with speed layer and events as per the selected criteria.
4.3.None
If you select None option from the option, then select Project/Region related details as shown in the above figure like State, County, Organization and Facility name from the drop-down menu.

After selecting Event Type and Event Description in the Event Selection section, Event Description helps to find out the events with specific keywords. For Example, if you type MTA in the Event Description TextBox then after clicking on the Submit button, it will provide the list of all the events which includes the MTA word in its Event Description.

Select any one event option from the list, to view the selected event icon on the map as shown in the below figure:

As shown in the above figure, the selected event detail is shown on the map. Click on the Event icon on the map and you will see the pop-up containing the Event ID, Started date, Updated Date, and Event Description related details. Click on Click to Zoom option, to zoom into the event location on the map.

If you select the DVRPC option as shown in the figure below.
Click on the Next button and select Event Selection from the drop-down menu. Click on the Submit button and the following figure will appear:

As shown in the above figure, click on the Previous button to view the DVRPC section as shown in the figure below:

As shown in the above figure, DVRPC Region section is included, by default counties option is selected, to know the total number of counties in this region which will be highlighted on the map at a specific zoom level as shown in the below figure:

Click on the Static Layers option, following drop-down will appear:

Select Landing Zone icon, to view the total number of the landing zone on the Map as shown in the figure below:

Click on Landing Zone the icon, to get the pop-up which includes Name, Status, Telephone, Information, Address, City, State, and county details.
Select the Fire Access Opening icon, to view the total number of Fire Access Opening in this region on the Map as shown in the figure below:

Click on the Fire Access opening icon, to get the pop-up which includes Type, Route, Direction, Mile Marker, Description, Road, Location and City details.
Select the Emergency Crossover icon, to view the emergency crossover in this region on the Map as shown in the figure below:

Click on the Emergency Crossover icon, to get the pop-up which includes Type, Route, Mile Marker, City, State, and County details.
Select Standpipes icon, to view the total number of standpipes in this region on the Map as shown in the figure below:

Click on the Standpipes icon, to get the pop-up which includes Type, Route, Mile Marker, Location, Road, City, State, and County.
Select Detour Routes icon, to view the to view the Detour Routes in this region on the Map as shown in the figure below:

As highlighted in red color in the above figure, click on Detour Routes the icon and the following pop-up will appear:

As shown in the above figure, the following information is known:
A. Click on the Detour Routes icon to show/hide the DVRPC Region on the Map. By default, it will show the DVRPC Region on Map. The Left-hand side of the pop-up shows the details of the Route, Detour ID, Incident Location, Agency, City, State and County details.
B. Click on the Live Traffic Layer icon to show/hide the Live Traffic Layer on Map as shown in the figure below:

Click on the Traffic Layer to view the Link ID, Travel Direction, Function Class etc. related details.
C. Click on the Active Highway Incident Layer icon, to show/hide the active Highway Incident Layer as shown in the figure below:

D. Click on the Planned Incident Layer icon, to show/hide the Scheduled or Planned Incident Layer as shown in the figure be-low:

E. Click on the VMS icon, to show/hide the VMS on the Map as shown in the figure below:

G. Click on the Download PDF icon, to download PDF Export of the Detour Information.

If you select the NY PENN option as shown in the figure below.
Click on the Next button and select Event Selection from the drop-down menu. Click on the Submit button and the following figure will appear:

As shown in the above figure, NY PENN Station is included, by default Countries option is selected, to know the total number of counties in this region which will be highlighted on the map at a specific zoom level as shown in the below figure:
